Our mission is to make it easy and affordable for companies of every size to protect their data and recover quickly from any type of disaster.

iDRaaS was started by professionals working every day in the technical support field who saw a major gap in a company’s need for ironclad disaster recovery, and the solutions available in the industry. They all had one major flaw: When disaster struck, you needed an IT support technician to work at getting you back and operating like normally. With some solutions the network changes, printer reconfigurations, and data shares company’s relied upon in order to complete their jobs could take hours to get working again in a useable format even if the backup solution could be turned and accessed within minutes. Add that on top of the time to get a technician on site, and a company paying for enterprise level backups and disaster recovery could still be unable to work effectively for several hours, or even days. This was an unacceptable reality that we hated dealing with as IT support professionals trying to best serve our clients.

So we challenged ourselves to make something better.

How do we get a customer operating normally again like their server and all their data was still up and running in their office WITHOUT any type of settings changes or professional help?

We went to work, and created something entirely new and amazingly simple. By combining existing standards with new solutions and technologies, intelligent Disaster Recovery as a Service (iDRaaS) was born. With iDRaaS, our dream was finally realized.
